Class A Charleston River Dogs hurler Brett Marshall tossed a one-hitter against the Savannah Sand Gnats in a rain-shortened 8-0 victory. Marshall, a sixth-round pick in the 2008 Draft, was 3-6 with a 5.56 ERA in 17 games last season before undergoing elbow ligament replacement surgery.
